Procedure for Ordering and Shipping
1. We offer two delivery options:-
(a) Courier Service
(b) In-Store Pickup
2. What are the charges for delivery?
If your order reaches a total of $250 or more, you will qualify for FREE DELIVERY. However, for orders below $250, you can select from the following two options.
- Standard delivery: Available at a flat rate of $10, your order will be delivered within 1-3 working days.
- Express delivery: At a cost of $30, you can enjoy same-day delivery for orders placed before 12pm.
- In-Store Pickup: You have the option to select In-Store Pickup at no additional cost. Simply choose your preferred outlet for picking up your order.
3. What is the estimated delivery time?
(a) Courier Service
Same Day Delivery: Place your order before 12pm to receive the goods on the 1 to 3 Working Days.
Next Working Day Delivery: Orders placed after 12pm will be ship out on the next working day.
*Please note that these delivery options are available from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.*
(b) In-Store Pickup
With our in-store pickup option, you can conveniently place your order online and collect it from our retail stores. Once the items are ready, you will receive a notification for collection.
*Please keep in mind that your items may not be immediately available. Therefore, we kindly request that you do not proceed to our retail store for collection without receiving the notification.*
4. Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
We will make every effort to accommodate your request for changes, but please be aware that it may cause a delay in the delivery. Additionally, please note that we reserve the right to reject changes due to operational constraints. If you need to change the delivery address, please notify us before 1pm.
